About the store
I am heading into my 10th year of teaching math (two years of math & science). I have worked closely with 4th-7th grade from long term subbing and student teaching placements. I worked in many different types of schools, which I believe is an advantage of making resources to reach the needs of various different learners out there!
Different Roles:
- Four years 6th grade Math (with combo of 2 years science)
- Two years worked as an EC Math teacher (6th-8th)
- Four Years 7th Grade Math (taught multiple grade levels at once)

Group Rules checklist
Each group has this at their table during instruction. Depending on your management structure I will use the check boxes to warn my students they are not following the group rules. If they have checks in all the boxes, they need to work independently. This goes great with my other product: group rules.

Editable Tutoring Permission Slip
Every year I send this slip home for parents to sign up for tutoring. I made this an editable doc so you can make the necessary changes needed that fit your classroom.

Study Log
I use this with my students to keep tracking of studying hours. They are required to study at least 20 minutes a night so they will write down what they did and how much time they spent on it. I also put a box for important dates- such as quizzes, tests, and projects.

Teaching style
I find students enjoy learning when it can be hands-on. Creating more group/ PBL based learning materials has worked tremendously in my classroom.

My own education history
I currently have my Bachelors in (K-6) Elementary Education and a Masters in Special Education (K-6). Having insight on both the general education curriculum as well as modifying material materials to meet the needs of my students, I have been able to help many students reach mastery in my classroom.
During my 6th year of teaching, I studied and got certified in 7-9 Mathematics.
