As a whole class explicit teaching experience, paired with my "Revision Strategies: Edit & Revise Along With Me" lesson. 2. In small groups where students are "experts" on one page and they rotate papers making comments on just that one aspect. 3. As a guide for peer reviews in partners--buy my "Revision Strateg

These four sentence starter posters build on each other so they can be used in so many different ways! Think stations, socratic seminars, or room decoration--I put one up at the beginning of each quarter and focus on that discussion strategy for the whole term! These posters are sized 18 x 24, 20x30, 24 x 36, and are ready for printing.
This genre wheel includes the most common genres for middle and high school literature, including some sub-genres. Help students see how genres relate and overlap with this simple but effective (and cute!) genre wheel poster. This download includes 4 different size options: 11 x 14, 12 x 18, 20 x 30, and 24 x 36.
PDF download can be used as an infographic or can easily be printed as a 16 x 30 poster to decorate your classroom. I use this infographic in my classroom to teach comma rules, then I use it as an example for a performance assessment where students design their own infographic using Google Slides to teach a grammar concept or part of speech. It demonstrates great depth of knowledge and students love the artistic freedom!
