This behavior reflection sheet is designed to allow students to reflect on their actions and determine how to better handle the situation in the future. This also encourages students to reflect on how they can repair the harm made. This can be used in a classroom setting or in a meeting with a counselor, dean, or administrator. This can be used with all grade levels, but younger grades, or students with more extensive writing needs may need to do this verbally and have a note taker.
