I am a middle school teacher in Vancouver, Canada! Since 2019, I have been working as a classroom teacher with the goal of fostering curiosity, creativity and communication in the classroom. I have always enjoyed creating educational resources and swapping knowledge with my fellow colleagues.
As a student, learning was challenging for me. Which is why as a teacher, I am intentional, thoughtful, meaningful and adaptive to my students, their passions and their needs.
I have a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education and Masters of Educational Technology all achieved through the University of British Columbia (Canada).

Teaching style
As a teacher, my goal is to foster a learning environment that encourages students to be involved with their learning. This could be an interactive or hands-on project, student-led discussions or paying attention to and connecting with student’s interests and passions. I believe deeply in strong fundamentals to allow students to independently, proactively and excitedly explore and extend their learning in other ways.
