Students will place parentheses within a string of numbers in order to create as many different results as possible and explain their decision-making. They may also create their own random string of numbers and place parentheses among those numbers, along with an explanation.
Students will explore, round, and compare numbers as they relate to real-world science topics. Then, they'll research a math/science topic of their choice.
