This bundle includes 4 different interactive notes for: overall probability vocab, compound events, probability models, and conditional probability. Also included are two "cheat sheets" for students to have in interactive notebooks: one for probability symbols and one for the basics of a deck of cards.
These notes include an overview of the main definitions in probability: types of probability, complement, independent/dependent events, mutually exclusive, overlapping, frequency tables, and conditional probability.
Use this puzzle to help students recognize triangle congruence shortcuts and understand important vocabulary. Students will have to work together to try to piece together a unique type of puzzle! Encourages great communication and problem-solving skills.
These interactive notes go into detail about the various kinds of compound events: independent, mutually exclusive, and overlapping (with the addition rule). Challenge questions taken from AIR test prep are included.
This activity is designed for students to practice applying the slope criteria for slopes of parallel and perpendicular lines. Students record work and answers on a "passport" handout as they make 10 pitstops around the world as they practice comparing slopes, writing equations, etc.
This is a great insert for an interactive notebook so students can reference the various symbols used in stats/probability and important facts about decks of cards.
These notes are designed to help students understand the Perpendicular Bisector Theorem and the Angle Bisector Theorem. There's space for students to color in letters and get creative while learning new material!
