With over 30 years of experience in education, resource creation has become a real passion of mine. By day, I teach full-time in a primary school, and by night, I swap my whiteboard markers for my Apple Pencil and the Procreate app, where I lovingly draw various pieces of clipart by hand. From worksheets to classroom displays, every product is handmade with care, creativity, and classroom practicality in mind. With over 30 years of teaching experience, I bring a deep understanding of what works in real Australian primary classrooms. I’ve had the pleasure of teaching across a range of roles in both Queensland and New South Wales, including classroom teacher, support teacher, Teacher Librarian, and delivering non-contact lessons. These diverse roles have helped shape a flexible, practical teaching style focused on student engagement and meaningful learning. Throughout my career, I’ve taught students from Prep/Kindergarten to Year 7, giving me valuable insight into the developmental needs and learning styles across age groups. This broad experience allows me to create resources that are not only curriculum-aligned, but also classroom-tested and teacher-friendly. In 2026, I’m excited to continue teaching Intergrated Computer Technologies (ICT) from Year 1 to Year 6, blending digital learning with creativity and critical thinking. I also enjoy working alongside my fellow educators as a mentor and collaborative team member, supporting best practice in both teaching and technology. I’ve completed online ICT training to enhance my classroom tech integration and expand my skills as a whole school-based technician. I am also teaching specialised STEM classes across Years 3-6 this year. My goal is to design resources that are practical, inclusive, and engaging—the kind of tools I know teachers really need. 📚 Education Background I began my teaching journey after graduating from high school and completing a three-year teaching degree at the University of Western Sydney – Teachers College. Later, I furthered my professional development by earning a Teacher Librarian qualification through Charles Sturt University, expanding my expertise in literacy and information services. After relocating to Queensland, I undertook additional training to become a School Workstation Technician, allowing me to support both staff and students with school-based technology. In 2025, I completed an online course with the Apple Learning Centre, focused on enhancing digital teaching and learning.

I’m an Experienced Senior Aussie teacher living in Queensland with 30+ years in the classroom, having taught every grade from Prep/Kindergarten to Year 7. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of educational settings and schools, particularly low socio-economic communities and composite classes, where flexibility, compassion, and creativity are essential. I’ve taught in two different Australian states, navigating and adapting to different curriculum frameworks along the way. This diverse experience has shaped the way I create resources—always focused on being practical, inclusive, and ready to go for real classrooms. I’m passionate about making learning meaningful, fun and accessible for all students—regardless of background or ability. I know what it’s like to teach with limited time and resources, so I design my products to be print-and-go, low-prep and aligned to real classroom needs. I’m also a proud wife and mum, and I know the juggling act that comes with balancing teaching and family life. That’s why my goal is to provide quality, time-saving resources that help take the load off hardworking teachers just like you. When I’m not in the classroom, I’m tucked away creating thoughtful, hands-on teaching materials that I hope will make your teaching day a little bit easier and your classroom a little bit brighter. I love combining my creative side with teaching by designing resource elements on my iPad using the Procreate app. Many of the clipart elements and visuals in my resources are personally hand-drawn using Procreate, adding a distinctive and unique touch to each product.
