This performance based assessment (PBA) is designed to accompany the Unit 1 digitial workbook. It asks students to design mood boards and demonstrate their learning through project based design. It is scored on a 1-4 competency based rubric - within three competencies of Exploring, Responding and Skills & Knowledge

This is a complete mental health unit including a student led and designed assessment exploring goals students can set for themselves after learning about core mental health principles. This unit is appropriate for a variety of ages - and draws from resources available online through hyperlinks for self paced reading and reflection within the digital workbook format provided. This product could be used as part of a complete curriculum, or as a stand alone product in an SEL focused project.
