Use the following sheets to track student behavior data. I recommend giving either the daily or weekly log to your students' teachers and collect them at the end of the week. Fill in the graph for each day/week/whatever range works for you for each behavior. The graphs can be used for progress monitoring behavior goals.

I am passionate about evidence based and research based practices, especially for behavioral skills. I love inspiring students to love learning, encouraging students to advocate for themselves, and guiding self led learning.
My own education history
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Philosophy & Religion from Western Carolina University, received a Master's Degree from Truman State University in Percussion Performance. I am currently earning a teaching license in Special Education at Western Carolina University.
