We’re sisters—Michelle and Amy—with over 50 years of combined experience in education. Welcome to Mindfully Radiant, a collection of calm, practical resources designed to support the whole classroom (and the whole teacher). We created Mindfully Radiant because we know learning happens best when students feel grounded, connected, and supported—and when teachers have tools that feel doable in real life. Our resources are intentionally simple, flexible, and easy to implement, whether you have 2 minutes or 20. Awards & shining teacher moments

Michelle brings 27 years of experience teaching middle and high school science. A National Board Certified educator, she spent most of her career in Western, NY before relocating to the Dallas, TX area. Michelle is currently a Professional Learning Specialist with Amplify, delivering impactful training and support to educators. Amy is a 24-year veteran elementary teacher currently based in New York City. With a Master’s of Education in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Social Emotional Learning through Breathe For Change, she specializes in creating restorative spaces that support teacher well-being. Amy holds over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, with an additional 95 hours focused on children's yoga, allowing her to blend movement, mindfulness, and SEL in ways that help educators reconnect with themselves and stay rooted in their purpose. She is currently in pursuit of her PhD in Humanities and Social Sciences.
