You will find two versions of a progress report/parent letter: shorter, and more complex one. These letters are in a WORD file, and are EDITABLE. They are meant to invite parents for collaboration on a student's progress. Notice that both are geared towards a math class, but they can easily be tweaked for your needs ( I highlighted the areas that need to be changed). This is a classic seating arrangement chart that allows to keep track of daily home work (2nd empty row in a block) and class participation (3rd empty row in a block) for each student (name in the 1st empty row). When using this log, I usually put marks only in the cells of students who lost points on either one of the categories. This means, that all the blank spots are full credits!
