I became a teacher because I love watching students succeed—especially those who may not always believe in themselves at the start. Whether in the classroom or on the field, I’ve always been drawn to helping the underdog find success.
One of the most rewarding parts of teaching math is seeing a student’s confidence grow. When students begin to realize they can do it, everything changes.
Outside of school, I’ve spent many years coaching football and continue to stay involved at multiple levels. I also spend a lot of time working with my son, who plays competitive travel baseball as a catcher. Training, competing, and supporting him has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life.
As a teacher, I strive to be someone my students can depend on. Many students need consistency and support, and I want to be more than just a name on a classroom door.
If you use my resources, you can expect:
Engaging, student-friendly activities
A focus on building confidence, not just correctness
Materials designed with struggling learners in mind
A balance of fun and meaningful practice
"Helping struggling learners build confidence through engaging, low-stress math."
