For Early Childhood Special Ed educator out there, this is a communication log I personally use. It is made to save papers, but still able to get the job done! My lessons are routined and content remains very much the same for a whole month and to save time circling and marking at the end of each day, I created this log so that the only things you are updating are children's daily activities such as eating and potty.
