About the store
I was a public school teacher for several years and loved it! I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade on level math, 7th grade pre-ap math, and all middle levels math intervention. All of my materials are aligned to the new Texas TEKS adopted in 2012. I find students have the most rewarding learning experiences when they are able to work hands on and engage with the material. I have been trained extensively in QTEL (Quality teaching for english learners), Kagan Cooperative Learning Strategies and Structures, and CHAMPS.
I now stay home with 4 kids and have begun writing instructional resources for preschool and lower levels!

Get to Know Your Graphing Calculator
This unit was created to introduce students to the TI-84 calculator. This would be a perfect unit to do the first 2-3 days of school for 8th grade students OR after the STAAR test for 7th grade students!

Relay Race Bundle:
Students work in partners and the answer to the first question is one of the numbers that goes into the next question! This style makes it impossible to work ahead or cheat! It’s great because each partner has to rely on the other and has to help them. Getting a correct answer is dependent on the other person’s previous answer.
Each student has an independent practice question at the bottom that you can take for a daily grade or quiz grade!
