Teaching style

I believe that math is not a one-size-fits-all content area. I believe in students discovering their own methods for problem solving rather than a "my way or the highway" approach to problem solving methods. My classroom is loud sometimes, quiet other times, and I like a healthy mix of collaboration and independent practice.
