This year I had a student who desperately needed to wear his glasses but was too embarrassed. I made him this social story using the characters from Arthur and the story Arthur's Eyes and he loved it! The whole class read the story together and then cut out some paper glasses for our whole class to decorate and wear. He loved seeing all the students wearing their paper glasses around for the day!

As any new Intervention Specialist does, I tried many different ways of tracking my student's goals until I found something that worked well for me! These fun Spongebob pages were a hit in my classroom! Sometimes it takes forever to find what works for my students and when I finally make something they love I get so excited!
I used these pages for help in memorizing sight words but they could easily be used for spelling words or color words.

I use this with my special education students that push out to general education classrooms. They take a folder with this sheet of paper inside that the general education teacher can record comments on based on their behavior.
