He then moved to Idaho and began teaching English and Speech. Corey has been teaching science in secondary schools for the past three years. Teaching style
Rob and Corey value a creative and energetic approach to teaching. Their students are expected to complete performance assessments which demonstrate their knowledge of the content rather than completing a multiple choice test. Their courses require learner participation and are constantly being refined to create the greatest experience for our learners as possible.
Awards & shining teacher moments
In 2011 Rob received a commendation from the City of Nashville for exemplary service that resulted in a life saved.
My own education history
Rob graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho in 2008 with a BA in English, Creative Writing, earned my teaching credential from Tennessee State University in 2010, and his MEd in Instructional Design from Western Governors University in 2014. Corey graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with a BS in Science Education and earned his MA from Boise State University in Educational Technology.
