I'm not going to lie, when Thanksgiving rolls around I am definitely already in the Christmas spirit, but I like my students to reflect on what they have in their lives that they are thankful for. I created this cute little activity last year and they loved it. We glued them to construction paper and then hung them up on our student work wall.

Here is my classroom jobs list! I am trying to declutter my room and have been making things a bit smaller and more manageable. I laminate this and use dry erase markers to write students names for each job.

Monthly Morning Slides
I love using a slide each morning to get my kids ready for the day! It helps keep them in a routine and decreases the amount of kids asking what to do when they come into the room in the morning. I like to change them up every month and the kids get so excited for the new theme!

I am a Slippery Rock University graduate. I graduate with highest honors (summa cum laude) in 2022.
Additional biographical information
I have loved teaching my whole life. I always knew since I was a little girl that I wanted to be a teacher. I come from a family of teachers and my love for learning was instilled at a young age. I hope to share my knowledge and some fun activities with other teachers who are just starting or are looking for a new twist to their daily activities in the classroom!
