This planner is a great resource to help plan student intervention groups, list goals, and note deficit areas! When I was setting up intervention groups, I wanted one central document where I could list my students and their instructional goal separate from the weekly lesson plan documents. This would serve as a guide for when I moved through my lessons to evaluate at the end of the time period how much my kiddos had grown!
