Spill The Beans
Small problems that don't need an adult right away to help solve the problem can cause a disruption during whole group instruction. I.E. "At lunch so and so cut me in line" this is a problem most students should be able to resolve on their own. But sometimes students need the outlet of telling an adult. The Spill the Beans sheet is a great tool for students to use during these "small" problems that happen throughout the day.

Teaching style
I have a laid back and flexible teaching style. Students are allowed to draw\doodle during lessons, sit on the floor to do work if they feel more comfortable, and we have fun dancing and tying the latest "Tik Tok" challenges. Students are free to be themselves in my classroom and are encouraged to do so.
