I was hired in 2017 to help develop a middle school STEM program. For three years I adapted and taught our curriculum in 7th and 8th grade. In 2020 I was moved to my district's high school in order to continue developing my STEM program. The materials I use in my classroom are materials I made myself to meet the specific needs in my classroom!

Experience

I was hired in 2017 to help develop a middle school STEM program. For three years I adapted and taught our curriculum in 7th and 8th grade. Teaching style

I teach mostly project based learning in group settings. I focus on collaboration and development of real world applicable skills.

My own education history

I studied and majored in Integrative STEM education and specialized in technology education at The College of New Jersey. I earned my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State with and emphasis in STEM Education.
