I have found the routine and structure within the classroom provide the greatest opportunity for success. I believe in teaching students to be self-reflective, which leads to an intrinsic motivation to be successful.

I graduated from The University of Findlay with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Educational Administration.
