This vocabulary journal can be used to enhance your thematic units and is fully customizable! I use these for each ELA curriculum unit in my classroom. It is a powerful tool for students when front loading vocabulary and to refer back to it when completing a writing assignment or having a discussion. They are even great for math and science too! These are also great pages to glue into a composition notebook that the students keep all year as a vocabulary journal!
