This is a great spring game focusing on letter recognition and matching. The flower pot has the uppercase letters A-Z on it and the middle of the flower has uppercase and lowercase letters. For younger learners you can do a simple letter matching game, for a challenge you can encourage them to match the lowercase letter to the uppercase letter. Both options are included.

This game goes over letter identification and sound recognition. Cut out the circle tiles and put them in a "mystery box." When a child selects a tile they identify the word, isolate the beginning sound, and determine what letter it starts with, then they put the tile on the letter on the game board.

This spring themed game is a great way to review letter/sound recognition in a fun way. Print and laminate the attached PDF and cut the flowers out and each leaf off. This St. Patrick's Day themed game is a great way to practice letter recognition and sound recognition with your children. Hide the coins for a fun scavenger hunt game and when they find the gold coins encourage them to identify the picture and find the pot that has the beginning letter on it. You can do it whole group with more pots or small groups with fewer pots.

This Cat in the Hat Matching Game can be used many ways. You can choose a few letters to focus on and have your students match the upper to lower case letters or you can use it as a memory game and have the hats flipped over and challenge them to remember where the match was.
