Use this spring themed pattern block game to help your students practice identifying and building shapes! This game is the perfect addition to your spring math centers and can be played individually or as a partnership, where each team races to fill up the most honey combs. The hexagons are to scale to match your classroom pattern blocks perfectly! I recommend laminating each game board and using spinner overlays for easiest use.

Especially if they celebrate, or have recently learned about, the beautiful traditions of Día De Los Muertos. Students can use unifix cubes (or any other manipulatives you have available) to copy these AB, ABB, ABC, and ABCD patterns, each inspired by a different Día De Los Muertos symbol!

Once you have 'hidden' all of the cards, provide your students with one of the response sheets, a pencil, and a clipboard (when possible). Then, the scavenger hunt can begin! When
