There is also a writing worksheet to allow students a chance to connect the kindness the hedgehog showed in the story to their own lives and how they can show kindness. I would read the story to the class and
Preschool Progress Report: This is a report card for preschool GOLD standards. There are the main standards a child should know in each standard area. It is designed that all checkpoints (fall, winter, and spring) can be on the same report. It has the standards listed, a benchmark, and a comment area. This is an easy visual for parents to understand and see how their child is doing. It is also very nice as a teacher to see how the child progresses throughout the year on one document or sheet.

Sink or Float is one of my students' favorite science experiments and is a great way for them to practice making hypotheses. This note-taking sheet helps students keep track of which items they have tested and what the result was. To help ephisies making hypotheses even more, you can have students fill out a sheet before conducting the experiment and then compare it to the sheet they fill out during the experiment.

In the story, Corduroy is looking for a birthday gift for Lisa, and he thinks about several options during the story. This worksheet has students circle or color the things that Corduroy thought of in the story.
This is a great tool for students who need simple reminders on what to do when feeling big emotions. There are 2 options one generic "My Emotions Wheel" that could be used by the whole class or one with a name place on it so each student can have their own. I suggest laminating them to last longer and just using a pin to fasten them in the middle.
