Ever wondered if your students feel like they have a voice in your room or even feel judged, etc. Find out. Ask them these questions, have them record on a notecard and then average them to find your overall score using this handy tracker.
Parents are so important to a student's success. Get them involved in testing by having them write a letter to their child to encourage them! Send this letter home to ask them!
Looking for a lesson plan (block style) template to make your own? Comes with a sample record book page also in the preview. **Works best if converted to google slides**
