After 5 years in 5th grade we have perfected the art of keeping up with our behavior marks. The clipboard rotates with the students to different classes and we are able to tally and document behavior problems that occur on the Excel spreadsheet. We use codes to document the behaviors. EX: 1 is for talking. This is a wonderful tool to use to hold our students accountable and documentation for parent conferences. Document is editable!
We used these stamp cards to motivate our students to reach monthly goals. They received a stamp when a goal was completed. It was also their responsibility to keep up with their card. Once their cards were all stamped they earned a role models party. It help students monitor their behavior and goals. Worked great on our 5th graders!
