This worksheet is for students who struggle with making good choices. By writing out what they chose to do as well as what a better (and realistic) choice may be, students are able to come up with a more successful choice for the future.
This worksheet is for students who may have done or said something wrong or inappropriate in the classroom. Students are able to recognize their misconduct and to apologize.
