This product is my favorite observation form to use in the classroom when I am completing observation notes on a student. It is very simple to use and it allows me to make short anecdotal notes on the teacher, classroom environment, and the student.

Teaching style
I work one on one with students mostly. I also sucessfully run social skills small groups throughout the week, along with mentoring groups for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade.
