You can use this to help improve student's test scores by using the RELAX acronym. It is great to help students find where they got the answer and have something to help guide them through tough questions. Students can fill in the blanks as you walk through the poster. This is perfect for teaching genres or a bulletin board display. This includes the lettering for bulletin board that says "Chill Out with a Good Book". This form is filled out when students are absent. I have one student in charge of collecting their materials and writing what they missed. When the students return, they will find this on their desk!

This responsibility form helps students and you keep track of missing work. They fill out one of these forms to turn in if they do not have their assignment to turn in. This helps you keep track of what missing work they have and helps the students get it in. Also, this is a great resource to provide documentation of missing work for parents.
