Built through a range of experiences working with children across a wide range of diverse needs (including those socio-economic, developmental, and medical in nature), the teaching styles and goals of Mister E Games seek to embody four key areas.
Collaboration - children in our care don't just learn from us, they learn from each other. By supporting children in building relationships with their peers, we foster their ability to appreciate and learn from one another.
Approachability - well-designed activities, regardless of how challenging they may be, should empower children to engage at a level that they are comfortable with, and further empower them to expand their comfort zones from that point of comfort.
Adaptability - the children we care for come to us from the full range of the spectrums of experiences, abilities, and personalities. No activity can ever be perfectly prepared for the needs of every child every time, but we can strive to keep said activities flexible to what comes our way. This is especially the case for those children who have specialised needs, as every child deserves to feel seen and included.
Engagability - Children learn best when they're having fun, and fun is the best motivator we have. We strive to make learning fun, not just for our children, but for us as well!
