This document is a checklist of ELA and Math standards. It can be used to go along with lesson plans or to check off each standard you have taught throughout the year. Could also be used for each student's portfolio, check off each standard as he/she masters it.

The labels are Avery labels 8161 (20 labels per sheet). These labels are for observations in the classroom. Write notes under each standard, peel off, and stick in the students portfolio. This will help with assessing the needs of your students. Helps with grouping and RTI.
