About the store

Experience

I’ve been a Special Education teacher for over six years and currently serve as both a classroom teacher and Special Education Coordinator. I’ve supported students across a wide range of ability levels in Integrated Math 1 and 2 and English 1 through 4. My experience has given me a deep understanding of how to adapt rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum to meet diverse learning needs while maintaining high expectations. Every resource I create is designed with both access and achievement in mind.

Teaching style

My teaching style is rooted in high expectations, structure, and belief. I hold my students to a strong standard because I want them to know that they are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to. I design lessons that support and scaffold while still encouraging independence, critical thinking, and confidence. I strive to balance clarity with challenge—ensuring students feel supported, not overwhelmed, and always included.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I’ve been recognized by my local SELPA for my work in inclusion practices—an honor that reflects the heart of what I strive for every day in the classroom: giving every student a seat at the table. My proudest moments, however, come from seeing students rise to challenges they didn’t think they could overcome—whether it’s solving a multi-step math problem or writing a thoughtful essay they’re proud to share.

My own education history

I earned my degree in education with a focus on Special Education and have continued my professional development in inclusive instructional strategies, curriculum modification, and leadership. My experience as both a teacher and coordinator helps me bridge the gap between what students need and what state standards expect.

Additional biographical information

I opened this store because I know firsthand how hard it is to find quality resources that actually work for Special Education students. Every resource I share is tested in my own classroom and created to give all students—regardless of ability—access to meaningful, rigorous content. Whether you’re looking for scaffolded math, accessible literature lessons, or engaging writing supports, I’m excited to share tools that help students feel both supported and successful.
