About the store

I've been teaching for the past 1 years in public and private schools. I hold a Master of Arts in Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been a National Board Certified Teacher for the past 10 years. I have taught 1st-5th grade in several schools; one the most diverse in the nation. I currently teach a regional gifted program to the top 1% of gifted students in my district. I have experience with English Language Learners, gifted learners, twice-exceptional students, general education students, special education students...:) I also had the opportunity to write CCSS curriculum for Amplify Education as a contractor.

This is a multi-step word problem for kids to solve independently. Use it any way that you see fit! In my classroom, we use it as a discussion tool, and connect it to the mathematical practices. It includes access points for 3rd, 4th and 5th grades, connected to Common Core State Standards.
