Newton's 3 Laws Stations
Stations for Newton's 3 Laws and practicing the action and reaction forces. My in class demos included releasing a balloon and making the "whoosh" bottle experiment attached to a car to power it forward. The last demo was having students jump forward and then stand on a small gym class scooter and try to jump, demonstrating that when you jump you are really pushing off the earth even though you can't see it.

I believe kids learn best and have the most fun doing so when the learning is hands-on, interactive, getting up and moving and outside exploring nature.
