This universal MAP Goals Sheet can be used by students to track current score, goal, and actual score for fall, spring, and summer. Students are also asked to record test taking strategies they used during the test.
This is a great introduction to the Scientific Method. We use Kentucky HSP Science textbook. However, if you don't use this text book, these guided notes would still be great for any class learning about the scientific method (you can just delete the instructions that say follow along with the page numbers). It includes an answer key as well.
