This is a powerpoint that can be used for students or families of 3rd grade students who are taking the state exams. It can be easily tweaked to incorporate other grades.

This can be used in the beginning of the year, to set up a reading response notebook. It has a format that the student can use for each entry as well as over 100 prompts for the student or teacher to choose from. Prompts include all areas of the reading thorughout the school year.
