Use this form to keep up with individual student's data for the year. Document STAR reading and math, Accelerated Reading and Math, CRCT, DIBELS and grades each nine weeks.
I like to shock my parents and tell them they have homework and the school year hasn't officially started yet! Having my parents complete this form provides insight on my upcoming students and their parents.
Students can monitor their progress on Math Facts in a Flash (a Renaissance program). Includes the names of 40 levels which makes it easier for students and the teacher to know the skill students are on! There are two charts on separate pages. Prints on legal-sized paper.
Use this as a quick and easy way to partner students up.
To use clock buddies, have students write the names of 12 other classmates, one on each hour. For each hour, the student listed much also have that student's name. For example, if Kyra has Bryce's name in the 4:00 slot, Bryce must also have Ky'ra's name in the 4:00 slot.
To set it up, have student's stand and walk to another student. Once everyone has a partner, they will neatly write the other person's name in a time slot. Be sure
Motivate your kids to read or use to reward good behavior! Students (or the teacher) can shade in a section based on score received from AR test. Once the card is filled in, the student can earn a drink (or other treat) from the teacher! Ready to print on index cards so no cutting is involved!
