Place Value (through 100): I Have, Who Has
This file includes two sets of place value (o through 99) I have, who has. Each set has 20 cards. I use these cards when we have a couple extra minutes in between lessons. My students love to race to see how fast they can wrap all the way around. Years that I have had less than 20 students, I give certain students multiple cards. If you have more than 20 students, you can assign students to be "fact checkers" to make sure the correct person is going next.
