Experience
I am a brand new teacher fresh out of college with a lot of (too much) enthusiasm about the classroom. I like to create many of my own resources, much to the enjoyment of my students. Teaching style
I consider myself a "fun," creative teacher with my lesson plans. I like to use more "off the beaten path" lessons that allow my students to be creative and use a technique they might never have used before. I constantly adapt my teaching style to meet the needs of my students' learning styles.
Awards & shining teacher moments
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbus State University. I was accepted to the international honor society in the field of education, Kappa Delta Pi. I was accepted to the academic honor society, Phi Kappa Phi. I was accepted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I was continually included on the Dean's List at Columbus State.
My own education history
I graduated in 2013 with a BA in Middle Grades Education, Language Arts and Social Studies concentrations from Columbus State University. I graduated at the top of my class with Summa Cum Laude honors.
Additional biographical information
I currently am a wanderer looking for a job. I can go anywhere or do anything. The world, is in fact, my oyster. I'm enjoying all of the possibilities that come with having recently graduated college.
