About the store
I love helping students practice their math and algebra skills. My teaching experience includes almost 20 years. I also volunteered in schools for almost 30 years and I have been tutoring for more than 10 years. As I have taught, volunteered and tutored, I developed lots of hands-on and visual activities and games to help students so I am happy to share those with teachers, tutors and home school parents via TeachersPayTeachers.

Your students will enjoy these five hands-on activities that help them practice multiplication. These are easy to learn and can be great for using on Friday afternoons or when the daily schedule is disrupted due to an assemble or when students have indoor recess due to the weather. Teaching style
My teaching, and now my tutoring, has morphed to incorporating visuals and hands-on activities, mental math and worksheets to help students 'see' the math concept, understand it and then practice the topic. I also have developed over 250 sets of flash cards for students to practice dozens of topics.
My goal for having a store in TpT is to provide teachers and homeschoolers with very helpful materials so they can help students 'see' and understand the concepts and then practice, practice, practice to develop speed and accuracy.
My own education history
Bachelors Degree for Composite Math and Science Education, various Masters level classes.
