Experience
I am a certified K-12 Agriscience Educator in New England. These resources are ones that I use in my classroom everyday. I am in my third year teaching and specialize in Animal Science, Leadership, and FFA.
Teaching style
I believe in hands-on learning and assisting students in building skills that make for a choice filled future. I also utilize lecture in my classroom to help build students capacity when looking to attend more formal education once they graduate.
My own education history
I earned my bachelor's in Animal Science and went on to work 5 years in Industry as a Breeding and Foaling Specialist at large horse racing farm. I then worked as a curriculum specialist for elementary school students in an urban district before earning my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.
