Welcome to MossMallow! With Bachelor's degrees in Health Psychology and Neuroscience, as well as a Child Development minor, I bring a unique perspective to educational resources that prioritize nurturing the whole child. I have years of experience designing engaging, nature-inspired, and eco-friendly materials, specifically tailored for early learners and families looking to incorporate pagan or nature-based themes into their educational journey. I was able to implement these styles and designs into my own classroom as a preschool teacher of 7 years. As the creator of the "Enchanted Year of Infant Discovery" program, I understand the importance of sensory-rich, developmentally appropriate activities. My resources are thoughtfully crafted to foster curiosity, imagination, and hands-on learning, ensuring that every lesson is both meaningful and memorable. I’m excited to share my curriculum, flashcards, posters, and more with educators, parents, and caregivers looking to create a magical and inclusive learning experience!

My teaching style is rooted in the belief that learning should be hands-on, nature-connected, and guided by curiosity. My goal is to make learning magical, meaningful, and memorable, whether it’s through color-coded flashcards, interactive worksheets, or themed activities that spark imagination and creativity. I hold a dual Bachelor's degree in Health Psychology and Neuroscience, with a minor in Child Development from Texas Woman's University. My academic journey has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding how children grow, learn, and engage with the world around them. My studies in neuroscience and child development give me insight into how to design resources that align with each developmental stage, creating materials that are not only fun but also support healthy cognitive, emotional, and sensory development. I am currently enrolled in an occupational therapy doctorate program in which I am specializing in pediatric neurorehabilitation.

As a mother and an educator, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of nurturing young minds. Living with chronic illnesses has given me a unique perspective on balancing health, parenting, and education. I know the complexities that come with medical issues and the importance of creating resources that are flexible, accessible, and supportive of diverse family needs. My experiences as both a parent and someone with chronic conditions inspire me to design materials that are gentle, engaging, and easy to use. I am committed to providing resources that make learning enjoyable and manageable, no matter the circumstances. Through my work, I hope to support other families in creating meaningful learning experiences that fit seamlessly into their lives. As a practicing pagan, I draw inspiration from the natural world, incorporating elements of nature, the changing seasons, and the cycles of life into my resources. I believe that learning can be a magical, nature-connected journey that fosters a deep appreciation for the world around us. My goal is to create educational materials that resonate with families who value a nature-inspired, spiritually inclusive approach to learning.
