Mountain Minded Speech Therapy

This is a swallowing 101 presentation. It can be used in biology class for high schoolers or in grad school to introduce the stages of swallowing. It would also be great to present to anyone needing more information on swallowing- doctors, nurses, teachers, family, etc. This PowerPoint is a clear and direct way to explain the swallowing process and the role SLPs play!

Use these advanced sentence flips with your middle and high schoolers who are working to expand simple sentences into more complex ones. There are 4 levels, with level 1 being a simple sentence structure and level 4 adding a clause and a conjunction. There is a word bank for each category to use as a visual when struggling to provide a specific word/concept. You can print it out, laminate it, and put it in a binder!

Support your non or minimally speaking middle and high schoolers with these self-advocacy communication cards! You can laminate them, cut them, and put them on a lanyard.
