Use this Promethean Board flipchart to support your students in various sorting activities under the theme 'Clothes'. Perfect for Preschool and Kindergarten classrooms using the Creative Curriculum.
Simply click on the type of sorting you want to do, then move forward though scaffolded activities to gain practice and experience sorting by color, shape, and size. After students complete each sorting assignment, they can click on the bottom right hand corner to move forward independently.
This Promethean board flipchart allows students to interact with various sorting activities. If your board is equipped for Dual Users, this is a great time for students to collaborate on their sorting abilities.

Students will be able to produce AB and ABC (color and type) patterns using the interactive white board, supporting hints, and modeled examples.
These dynamic pages offer students the opportunity to experiment with options, and see different ways AB and ABC patterns can be produced.
This lesson plan pairs great with the Creative Curriculum 'Clothes' unit.
Students will be able to correctly count objects (hats) on the board using 1-to-1 correspondence, and correctly write the numeral that represents that amount.
Scaffolded support includes a 'hint' to see a faded version of the numeral to trace, and options to easily repeat the lesson.
This lesson may be used in large or small groups of students.
Excellent addition to the Creative Curriculum Clothing Unit and read aloud: "Caps for Sale"
