This is a word document, which is editable to fit your behavior plan. This is sent home and initialed by the parent every night in their take home folder. It is a wonderful communication tool for parents to know how well their kiddos behave in school. There is a section for the kids to color, a teacher comments, a parent comments, and an initial section.

This is how I organize my math tubs. I color in the tubs that they do on each day, so they do not double up during a week. This usually means they hit every tub, almost every week! Hope it helps! Editable!
