I bring over 14 years of experience in education, beginning my career as a paraprofessional before moving into the classroom as a teacher. For the past 11 years, I have taught students in grades K–3, building a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning during the most critical years of child development.
Beyond my work in the classroom, I have served as a member of my school’s Building Leadership Team, collaborating with colleagues to support school improvement initiatives and student success. I have also had the opportunity to pilot newly implemented district programs, helping to refine curriculum and instructional practices for broader adoption.
My passion lies in creating engaging, supportive learning environments where young learners thrive, and in partnering with families and colleagues to ensure every child has the tools they need to succeed.
