Best and Worst Insulators Heat Experiment

In this Science experiment, students will be testing a variety of cup types to determine which is the best insulator. Students will be asked to make a hypothesis on the type of cup they think will best retain the heat of the water. Students will then fill each cup with the same amount of water and microwave them for 1 minute (the teacher may like to do this because of the "hot water" factor). Students will then take the initial temperature of the water and then the temperature again when 10
