This is a plus Delta form that can be sent home daily for the parents to sign. I use it in coalition with DOJO. This form is editable and is in a powerpoint form. Use this front and back compiled or one week at a time.

This is a point sheet for any grade level student and should be editable. I give check marks for following rules and X mark for not following. the student has a goal and must receive at least 3 checks per class period so 3/5. This is very handy if your schools does not participate in Check and connect or if you have a minor behavior problem in the classroom.

This a a very detailed, editable welcome letter that you can use in your open house packet, or anytime you get a new student.
